    The City is required to inspect both public and private construction sites to ensure compliance with required erosion prevention and sediment control plans, onsite waste management plans and all other construction related discharges into the City’s (MS4) stormwater conveyance system. Please report any land disturbance activities that may be causing water quality issues through illegal discharges into the City’s stormwater conveyance system by contacting City of Daytona Beach Utilities Dispatch at 386-671-8815.
