Kiosks used to measure customer satisfaction will be placed in three high-traffic departments next week – Utility Billing, Permits & Licensing and Business Tax Receipts. Kiosks will invite City Hall’s visitors to give immediate and anonymous feedback about their experience, based on a simple smiley-face and color-coded system. Unless a person wants to write additional comments, the survey will literally take seconds to complete. There is also a hands-free option using a QR code.
