Sandbag supplies are available until 5 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot near the southeast corner of Orange Avenue and Jean Street for Daytona Beach residents and business owners. Residents are asked to bring their own shovel. There is no charge for sandbags and there is a 10-bag limit per vehicle.
Residents with questions about #HurricaneIan can call the city’s Citizen Hotline from noon to 6 p.m. today. The number to call is (386) 671-5555. Starting Tuesday, the Citizen’s Hotline will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. until further notice.
