An effort to recognize historic Black leaders has expanded this month through a partnership between the Midtown Community Development Corporation and the city. Street banners will be displayed on International Speedway Boulevard from Nova Road to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and feature local Black icons including:
