Permitted facilities that participate in the self-cleaning initiative must clean their grease separator once every two weeks and follow the City of Daytona Beach FOG program self-cleaning instructions.

Additionally, facilities must submit official City of Daytona Beach self-cleaning disposal manifests to the FOG program every three months.

Facilities which do not comply are subject to further enforcement and may be removed from the self-cleaning initiative and would thereafter be required to have their grease separation device pumped by a third party to ensure of proper disposal.
